We stand by the quality of our products. That’s why every Air-Lock product comes with a Lifetime Guarantee against manufacturing defects.
Eligible Returns:
- The product must have a verifiable manufacturing defect.
- Defects must be reported with proof of purchase and supporting evidence (photos/videos).
- The product should not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidental breakage.
Not Covered:
- Cracks, breaks, discoloration, or wear caused by rough use or accidents.
- Products damaged during storage, washing, or handling.
Return Process:
- Email us at info@airlockkitchenware.com with your order details and evidence of the defect.
- Our team will verify and approve eligible claims.
- Approved returns will be either replaced or refunded, based on the product and issue.
